Region Contest Statement from SkillsUSA Georgia
"As with many areas of our lives, the coronavirus pandemic has caused us to adapt and be flexible to what is now known as the “new normal.” SkillsUSA Georgia has felt the effects of the pandemic as we re-evaluate how we can offer member a safe, yet high-quality evaluation of their skills. We have made the decision that for the 2020-2021 school year, we will not offer in-person region championships, and instead, conduct contests on a virtual platform."
